At Rough and Tumble Crystals great care is taken to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s). However, sometimes accidents do happen, all our deliveries are tracked for your peace of mind, if something should arrive not as it should be, please take the following steps.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within two days of receiving your items, with a picture of the packaging and the item. Please note that if the description of the item states that the item is discounted due to chipped/marks/damage the item is non-refundable. Items that are fragile such as azurite, by nature lose small fragments, these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on card issuers policies/method of payments policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If the item is returned due to a defect or broken pieces you will be reimbursed for your shipping.
